Managing
to Their Style
The key to effective management
is developing the ability
to have other people act
motivated to make a valuable
contribution to your group’s
results. In this workshop
we will use Myers-Briggs
to understand how to convey
requests in a way that others
easily grasp what you are
asking and why. Movie clips
are used to illustrate style
differences, and mini case
studies and activities are
used to practice being able
to read these differences.
Learning outcomes:
-
Understand your own
style preferences
-
Gather information from
your staff in record
time
-
Engage vastly different
staff members to tap
their motivation
-
Build rapport with new
staff for lasting results
Bring out the best and
achieve more
