offer three-day and five-day
off site leadership development
conferences. These are designed
for leaders with complex
responsibilities in fast
paced environments, who
are committed to developing
and enhancing their own
particular authentic style
of leadership. The conference
uses the executives’ real
business issues as the case
studies. Growth areas
are identified by participants,
and from feedback from peers.
There are experiential and
reflective exercises designed
to maximize personal and
leadership power.
The Leadership Development
offsite is customized for
each client. It is designed
for managers who are already
experienced and proficient
with the essential skills
of management. The objectives
of the program are a heightened
awareness of effectiveness
and improved results. The
outcomes include raising
the bar on leadership contribution,
and may include specific
business objectives and
key culture elements. The
elements may include:
- overview of 360
degree research
- 360 degree feedback
- now to interpret
the results, and how
to choose areas of focus
to improve professional
success
- team activity designed
to increase awareness
of collaboration
- case study, video
taped, and which may
illustrate development
areas highlighted in
the 360 feedback
- skill building modules
such as Inquiry and
Advocacy, Ladder of
Inference, Conflict
Management, Influence,
and team dynamics development
The program is usually integrated
with individual coaching
support. It may also be
designed for participants
to create an on-going peer
study group.
